Booking Fee & Afterpay Terms

To secure your booking, a booking fee is required. Where Afterpay is used as the payment method, the booking fee is subject to the following conditions:

All booking fees paid via Afterpay are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client, change of mind, inability to attend, or failure to attend the scheduled session.

The booking fee may be transferred to one alternative shoot date only, provided the client notifies the photographer within the required rescheduling period and a new date is selected and confirmed at the time of rescheduling.

Booking fees will not be held as an open credit for future use. A new shoot date must be agreed upon and locked in when the reschedule request is made.

If a new date is not selected and confirmed at the time of rescheduling, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Any subsequent rescheduling requests after a transferred booking may result in the booking fee being forfeited at the photographer's discretion.

The booking fee is paid to reserve a specific date and time and compensates the photographer for turning away other bookings. As such, it is not refundable once paid.

By proceeding with payment via Afterpay, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
