1. Introduction

Welcome to Lawnbowles. By booking our photography services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Business Information

3. Services Offered

  • Lawnbowles provides professional photography services, which require advance booking.

  • A non-refundable booking fee of $250 is required to lock in a booking. This fee will be deducted from the total package price.

4. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfers and cash.

  • All payments must be cleared prior to the end of the shooting session.

​

5. Booking and Cancellation

  • To confirm a booking, a non-refundable booking fee of $250 must be paid.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. The booking fee is non-refundable.

​

6. Image Delivery and Storage

  • Images will be hosted on Google Drive and shared via email.

  • The Google Drive link cannot be shared with others unless permission is granted by Lawnbowles.

  • Clients are required to download and store their images within 6 months of receiving the link. After 6 months, images will be archived and no longer accessible.

7. Editing and Post-Production

  • Editing will commence upon communication of image selects by the client.

  • Images will be delivered at a rate of 5 edits per week (7 days) until the total scope is fulfilled, unless otherwise communicated.

  • All edits are subject to one round of amendments upon delivery.

  • Additional fees may apply for tattoo removal, depending on the size and complexity.

  • Enhanced RAWs will be provided as color-graded JPEGs at full resolution.

  • Working files will not be supplied.

  • If selects are not provided within 30 days of proof sharing, post-production will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

8. Photoshoot Conditions

  • By participating in a photoshoot, clients grant Ashleigh Bowles (Lawnbowles) and authorized persons the unrestricted right to use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures in any form and for any purpose.

  • Clients permit the use of printed material in connection with the photographs.

  • Clients waive the right to inspect or approve the final product.

  • Clients release and discharge Ashleigh Bowles and authorized persons from any liability related to the use of the photographs, including any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

  • Clients affirm they are over the age of 18 and have the legal right to contract in their own name.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any issues or disputes must be notified to Lawnbowles within 10 business days after receiving the images.

  • Lawnbowles will work with the client to resolve disputes amicably.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Lawnbowles collects, uses, and protects client data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  • Client data may be shared with third-party services (e.g., Calendly) as necessary for service delivery.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All photographs taken by Lawnbowles remain the intellectual property of Ashleigh Bowles.

  • Clients grant Lawnbowles permission to use the photographs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

  • Lawnbowles reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
